From signing up to receiving results, the entire process is streamlined to provide you with insights and results within a few days.

    Sign Up & Choose Your Blood Test

    Sign up and subscribe or purchase a blood test to get started with Lola. Your kit gets dispatched to you within 24 hours of the order.

  • Step 2

    Scheduling Your Blood Sample Collection

    After placing your order, our phlebotomy team will call to schedule a nurse visit for blood sample collection at your preferred place and time (post receiving the kit via Tracked24).

  • Step 3

    At-Home Blood Sample Collection

    The nurse will visit your home to draw your blood and send the sample to our NHS-accredited lab via Tracked24, which will process the blood sample.

  • Step 4

    Personalized Review by our Doctors in the Lola mobile app

    After processing, our doctors review your results, adding comments and insights, which are then available (to view and export) in the Lola Android or Apple app

  • Step 5

    Access Fitness Plans & More

    Seamlessly integrate your fitness or health tracker with the Lola app. Receive tailored metrics, AI-driven fitness plans, menstrual tracking, and more within the app.
